Before You Arrive

Park MGM is located on the Las Vegas Strip, next door to New York-New York Hotel & Casino, The Park Vegas, and T-Mobile Arena. Contact us or get driving directions to the hotel.

There are many options to get from the airport to Park MGM. We recommend either taxi or shuttle service.

  • Taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside doors 1-4.

    • Taxis from the airport will range in cost due to traffic and route taken.
    • Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Guests should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment.
  • A variety of shuttle services is available at Harry Reid International Airport, and is located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13.

    • Shuttles cost $15 per person and will generally take up to 25-40 minutes due to multiple stops at other hotels prior to stopping at Park MGM.
    • Shuttle service from the airport does not need to be pre-reserved but will need to be reserved for return trips back to the airport at the end of your stay.
  • For arranged limousine service, please contact the Concierge at 702.730.7010 between 9 AM - 5 PM or 877.459.0268. Pricing subject to change.

On the I-15 heading North:

  • Take the Tropicana Avenue exit.
  • Turn right on Tropicana Avenue.
  • Turn left on to South Las Vegas Boulevard.
  • Left at Park Ave.

On the I-15 heading South:

  • Take the Flamingo Road East exit.
  • Merge onto East Flamingo Road
  • Take a slight right onto South Las Vegas Boulevard.
  • Pass the Bellagio and Aria.
  • Turn right on Park Ave.
  • Park MGM will be on your right.

Airport shuttles should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not book your airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, please request for an Uber to transport you to the airport instead.

Unfortunately we do not offer an oversized parking lot here at Park MGM.

You must be 21 years of age to gamble or consume alcoholic beverages in Nevada. You must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card to reserve a hotel room at Park MGM.

If you arrive before check-in time you may pre-register at the front desk and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Our Bell Desk will be happy to hold your luggage for you until you are ready to depart if you are not able to arrange a late check-out.

The MGM Resorts Mobile App has a variety of features, including mobile check-in and check-out. Using the MGM Resorts App, MGM Rewards members can check in early from almost anywhere, anytime. You are then notified when your room is ready.

We have Strip View Rooms available for an additional fee and based on availability.

For military personnel, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount off our prevailing nightly rate. AAA members are also eligible to receive a 10% discount off our prevailing rate for one room when a valid AAA membership card is presented upon check-in. (Please note that the AAA discount is not available during special rate promotions.)

Regretfully, we cannot guarantee room requests, regardless of when a reservation is made, because rooms are assigned from the inventory of clean, vacant rooms that are available when a guest arrives. We do note all room requests and make every attempt to satisfy those requests.

Our rates are based on single/double occupancy. If you have more than two guests in a room there is an additional fee of $40.00 per person/per night, regardless of age. Please keep in mind there is a maximum of four guests in each room.

Our guestrooms are equipped with wireless internet. Property-wide Wi-Fi is also available.

Use of marijuana (weed), including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at all MGM Resorts properties notwithstanding approval of recreational use in Nevada. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places.  Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms at all MGM Resorts properties in Nevada, consistent with the discretion afforded private property owners under the State law authorizing use of recreational marijuana in non-public places.  And marijuana use continues to be prohibited at MGM Resorts properties outside Nevada.  Notably, the vast majority of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking of any substance in those rooms is prohibited.  If marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy. 

Park MGM is now completely smoke-free. All rooms and suites, the casino, restaurants and bars, convention center, entertainment areas, corridors, common areas and pools are non-smoking. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, marijuana or any other substance is only allowed in designated areas on property.

If there is evidence of smoking, of any substance, in your room or suite, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500, charged to your hotel account. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in any area other than designated smoking areas. Please contact a member of our team for more information on Park MGM’s resort-wide non-smoking policy.

Designated smoking areas include:

  • Ride Share Zone, located off the main lobby
  • NoMad West Entrance
  • Central Park Terrace, located on the second floor of the convention center.

Use of marijuana and/or hookahs is prohibited in these designated smoking areas.

The Park MGM pools are open for the 2023 season. Click here to reserve cabanas, daybeds, and lounge chairs as well as get directions to the pools once you’re at the hotel.

Winter: December, January and February average daily temperature is 45 degrees.

Spring: March, April, and May average daily temperature is 70 degrees.

Summer: June, July and August average daily temperature is 100 degrees.

Fall: September, October and November - average daily temperature 80 degrees.

Park MGM gladly offers dog friendly rooms. Up to two dogs are allowed with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds. Other pets and animals are strictly prohibited both for registered hotel guests and visitors to the property. A charge per night, per dog, plus tax for the room or suite will be applied to your account. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your guest room at any time unless placed in a kennel or carrier.

Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites and the designated outdoor dog park located on property.

A security deposit of $100 per day will be required upon check in, with a maximum of $400 for credit cards and debit cards.

We do not offer golf packages, but our Concierge can certainly assist you with tee times and arrangements to play at other fine golf courses in Las Vegas or the nearby entertainment-filled driving range Topgolf. Call the Concierge at 702.730.7010 between 9 AM - 5 PM for information and to schedule tee times at available golf courses.

The gym features state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment and is open daily.

Yes, our rooms do have the following items in them: Hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, standard toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and lotion) and room safes are provided in all of our guest-rooms. Alarm clocks available in Stay Well rooms only. We do not provide microwave ovens. Refrigerators and cribs are available upon request for a nominal daily fee.

Our Concierge staff can assist you with booking one of the many available tours in the area. Advance reservations are not required, but the more popular tours do tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to book ahead. It is recommended that you reserve tours at least 72 hours in advance to better ensure your tour will not be sold out. For assistance, please call 702.730.7010 between 9 AM - 5 PM.

Reservations for restaurants located at Park MGM can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling our Concierge at 702.730.7010 between 9 AM - 5 PM or 877.459.0268.

"Comps" are offered to rated table games players and slot players based on their previous play at Park MGM or the other MGM Resorts International properties that make up our MGM Rewards program. Play is tracked on your MGM Rewards card. You can also receive special hotel e-mail offers throughout the year by signing the Guestbook on our website. Visit our "Promotions" page to see additional rate specials posted two to three months in advance. We do not otherwise offer funbooks or free coupons at Park MGM.

Most special events at Park MGM such as slot tournaments, blackjack tournaments, and special casino events are held in conjunction with our Casino. Attendance is normally restricted to MGM Rewards members who meet the required play criteria, and tickets are not sold to the general public.

The MGM Rewards desk is located on the casino level next to Dolby Live.

We cash in foreign currency at the casino cage, at no charge, and the rate changes daily so we can not guarantee the rate for any given day.

After Your Stay

All items found inside Park MGM & Dolby Live will be turned over to Park MGM Security at the end of each event.
